Amazing service from Keith. I enquired at 3pm today, dropped it off at 4:30pm and it was completed by 6pm. The cost was really reasonable (cash or bank transfer only). My PS4 disc drive works perfect again after an accident with a heavy candle. I was a little dubious at first, but I’m so glad I trusted the reviews on here. Such a great service and I would definitely return if I needed it repaired again. Thanks again Keith.

But of a wait for a part, but Keith updated regularly. Son is mega happy to get ps4 back and working. Would recommend. Price a little dearer than listed on website so maybe it needs updated. As others have said, little concerned about dropping ps4 to a residential address, but no need to be. Friendly and efficient service. Would use again, no doubts.
Keith was really helpful, called him at 11, delivered my Xbox for its HDMI repair at 1, and had it back at 4 - all on a Saturday! The price was a little higher than other repair options, but lightning fast making the increase in price worth it! Cash only, was a little worried due to the dated website and doing the work out of his home - all I can add is don’t judge a book by its cover! Keith was great and was in communication with me, updating me as soon as it was ready! Having my Xbox repaired within hours of my enquiry make it all worthwhile!
