Fantastic salon, Great service
Very happy with the result, had braids on other places before and too much pain, but this time was good only downside was waiting for my turn although I booked an appointment , need to be patient with them.
We decided to try out a hair salon for braiding instead of using a mobile person. After 7 hours of sitting patiently my daughter and I were overwhelmed with the results. It was a 100% improvement. The braids were plaited beautifully right down to the tips, the hair overall was a lot lighter and finer and for the first time my daughter has come away without a headache. Advice was given when asked and we left feeling listened and cared for. The salon atmosphere was welcoming to all who entered and individual needs accommodated.
When I called up to enquire about getting my sons hair cornrowed the woman on the phone didn’t sound confident at all but still insisted on trying, it was obvious on the day that I entered the shop that she was very reluctant to even try and style my sons hair, really I would of preferred to be told beforehand that it wouldn’t be possible before wasting my time as I traveled a long way for no reason and also I made an appointment for 12:30pm but I was made to wait for nearly 2 hours with a toddler to entertain which isn’t easy. Also upon arrival into the shop there wasn’t much of a greeting and I felt as though I was made to not feel welcome. No apologies for making me wait either which I think is bad customer service. Obviously no patience with kids when my son started to move a bit whilst trying to do my sons hair and didn’t suggest another easier hairstyle to do and it’s funny because I went to another hair Salon on the same day and the customer service was excellent and a hairdresser did my sons hair no problem. I understand it’s can not always be easy to do a young child’s hair but in terms of the customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
