I think people are misreading the guidelines or not reading them at all. The staff are under alot of pressure as the warehouse is constantly receiving deliveries whilst trying to sort lots They will always add more pictures of goods on request and answer any questions about the lots as long as they are given a reasonable amount of time before the auction I've always been treated respectfully and with a good level of customer service so keep up the good work city bid staff

During a time where viewing was not possible I was very disappointed that within the lot of new ink cartridges I bought, some were 15 YEARS out of date. I fully understand that items are 'sold as seen' but i think that it is unacceptable to sell anything 15 years out of date. I spend thousands at auctions and will never be spending another penny here. Refund refused, very short sighted of them.

Every bad review you read is true I no because I had the unfortunate experience of working for them they only care about taking your money and they don't care how they get it. The positive reviews not that there are many are from people that have had the odd bargain and sold it on which 90% of there customers are doing but believe me they will and do rip as many people as possible off.
