Found a car that I liked through the website - spoke to someone on live chat and then by phone with sales/reception and submitted a finance application online. The application was accepted and I then received a text & email from Shannon advising me to look out for a follow up call from colleague, it's been 2 days and nothing. I've tried to email and call to check but getting no response, will take business elsewhere.

Very friendly, happy to answer any questions that were thrown their way, with very knowledgeable help and support. Aftercare seems to be very important with lot's of emphasise on any questions or queries give them a call. Fantastic service considering the current pandemic.
