Couldn't fault the experience. Simon and his team were brilliant from start to finish. He listened to what I needed as well as what I wanted in a chair, helping me weigh up the pros and cons of each choice, without the hard sale feeling you can often get from expensive purchases. When things went slightly wrong in the ordering process, he fought my corner and went out of his way to contact the relevant people. Very happy and impressed with the service all round!
