Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Really approachable, talked through everything we'd need to set up. Answered all my questions without me feeling draft for asking. I felt like the lady really knew her stuff. Also that she loved the reptiles etc in this shop. Which I feel is really important. The shop itself was bright, well stocked and clean. Really lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Wonderful helpful staff. I have a rescue tortoise and the staff gave me all of the advice I could ever need. They looked over my tortoise, told me all of my options to keep her healthy and happy and made sure I left with the info I needed. I can't thank you all enough! Bojack is now happy and healthy!

Got everything you need! And the cutest reptiles. Edit, I now have bought a bearded dragon. My little flapjack! All healthy and fine. However did have mites, not sure if due to previous owner or the constant in and out of reptiles in the tanks
