Brilliant service!! Competitive prices, and were delivered quickly and efficiently, whilst keeping me informed at every staged. Will be using again, and highly recommend. Keep it up guys, and happy New year!
I have been purchasing rat and cat supplies from BPS and always receive great, friendly service with a smile. Yesterday I asked if they had any rat houses and was shown a new 'sputnik' house. A huge hit with my 3 girls so thank you.
Ordered online because of the pandemic. Stuff arrived quickly, no plastic and a cute little note that made me smile! Super happy to support local businesses. The treats were very popular with my pup, so I ordered again and it was great service still.
100% recommended this place, honestly I could not be anymore happier with my order from this store and the staff here really do appreciate and value their customers. Amazing customer service and my order was packaged beautifully. Arrived on time with no delays even through the Christmas rush. Will definitely be purchasing from here again. :)
