Great customer service, even in these challenging times. I was seen promptly for my appointment and given a brand new courtesy car for the day whilst I had repairs done. Tires are a bit expensive if you have to change them. Other than that, it’s a fantastic place for customer service. Well done

I have been very pleased with the service there. I go back to the same representative Adam Childe who provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable and honest. We discussed a number of cars and options.
I rented out an A4 from Bristol Audi, being in care of Lucas, he not only got us the required car but went above and beyond his needs to give us the best deal on it bear in mind this is the second time (first being the Q3). Lucas continued to guide us through the whole process making it a smooth and enjoyable experience; he displayed excellent customer service. Bristol Audi has gained another loyal customer from Birmingham.
Poor experience. You would kinda think if you are in the market to buy a new car, esspecialy in the current envirnment, that it would be easy to get the attention of a sales person. Apparently not, after being ignored for 10 mins we asked the girl on reception if we could speak to somebody about buying an RS5. She disappeared and did not reappear. After another 10 mins we left. We don't go back. Poor
Staff was very polite and friendly but had to wait over an hour to be seen.. only plus to this was the lovely coffee juice and biscuits for the kids
