Ran by a run down probation service which is struggling to cope with the demands of released offenders back into the community, staff are struggling to cope with the demands of management for extra shifts due to lack of staff, no support from so called senior managers especially a bloke called M R , run down houses with very little support for some resident's, I had to buy crockery and cutlery along with deodrents and other items because management wouldn't or couldn't provide residents with everyday items, shockingly run by an outdated probation service
