Very impressive. Nice location and they have everything you need.
Best place in the local area to view a range of exterior porcelain slab tiles and gravels for our garden project. Luke was really helpful with the selection of materials, including grout, and offered competitive pricing. Porcelain slabs are expensive and we really wanted to see a larger display of the product before committing to buying. On delivery we had a slight issue with one of the packs but this was quickly resolved by Garry and his team, which was excellent customer service. I don’t often write reviews but I’m really pleased with the service provided and quality of the tiles
A good product, my order was taken and all went well. my issue is that i wanted a circle as a feature and ordered a corner pack rather than cutting the stone for a better quality finish. the first pack was laid but with 2 broken slabs. Bowland were on the case and sent out a new pack no arguments. The problem being that both the packs sent are a different colour and doesn't match the rest of a 50sq meter patio area. so my feature circle is a feature for the wrong reason. Have asked for a reply but 2 weeks on no one has been in contact. what do you think ?
