Delighted with these guys, responsive and great value for money. They were appointed by my Property Agent and I was pleasantly surprised that they had charged a very reasonable amount to nip round and deal with a faulty appliance. Would recommend.

Bad service. Bought new freezer which was dispensed as new. We picked the product from the shop unchecked as it was wrapped up. And saw several indents on the top door while unwrapping the latter at home. The trader denies the fact. And does not want to help at all. We had a 1000 worth of icecream and frozen food that ought to go in that new fridge. Guess what!!!!

Would not recommend this Company for a Repair. Lady on phone not very Professional argued about the amount of times she had contacted me. Guy came out to fix my Washing Machine and incorrectly diagnosed the fault. I Eventually contacted Samsung who came fixed the fault within the week. I was without a machine for 3 weeks. Had to chase up for a refund of the wrong part ordered by them. Even went into the shop and was told there card machine was not working.... did get one a refund in the end.

This companies customer service/girl answering phone is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We booked a callout but had to re book to a different date due to unforeseen circumstances. On the day of the appointment I rang to check if they were on way as the time slot had passed- I was told my appointment wasn’t even on their system! The girl I spoke to was INCREDIBLY UNHELPFUL and seemed not to care at all. I would advise to avoid this company simply because of her unprofessional actions.

I would recommend this company without a doubt. I phoned to try and get a new washer dryer quickly for my tenant in Bedminster, Bristol. I was blown away with how quick, efficient and professional they were. Very helpful and pleasant too. It was all sorted in a couple days. So easy and stress free!! I would certainly use them again without hesitation. Thank you all who made it happen!
