Appalling customer service, bought a 370 lift up ottoman double bed, had to have it replaced after a couple of weeks as frame bent, replacement frame then broke after 6 weeks, finally offered refund as nothing suitable was available, owner took off 80 to cover inconvenience of collecting and returning bed, even though we agreed 70 just to end the haggling ordeal of going round and round in circles, he even suggested we plastic wrap it and take it back outlrselves to save money, telling us we won't find a bed to fit the small room elsewhere. We did, at Dreams and it was much cheaper, came with guarantee and great customer service. We are looking at Court action to reclaim rest of refund as item was not fit for purpose. Store also needs updating, grotty dirty carpets throughout and water stains.
