Really pleasant experience on this occasion. They couldn't fit me in on the day I wanted but the staff member I first spoke to went out of his way to find me another convenient slot. On that day the other staff member I spoke to (Jay) was extremely helpful and attentive. WELL DONE. Customer service at its best

I booked in for a flat tyre replacement a few months ago and it was sorted on the day. A fairly decent price for the new spare (45) and the service was good. As other reviews mention, due to covid-19, their waiting room is unusable at the moment, and you must have a face covering to enter the reception. If coming from far away and need to leave your vehicle for an extended period, I would recommend a friend or family member go with you or take a wander down Gloucester Road for some food or a coffee.

Very Good garage. I have done there MOT and full service in January. After few months I have noticed funny noise in my brakes where the repair was done during service. They were happy to look into it even that it was July, all has been fixed with no additional charge. Also they have fixed an indicator appearing suddenly Service Due and fulfilled my screenwash where I didn't ask for it :) They were friendly and went to the point with fixing it without causing an issue or making long stories what should be fixed. Explained all well and gave few options price wise. Very good Team on Horfield!

I have ordered my 4 Avon tyres on the ATS web side. The price was very good. However the service at Horfield branch was terrible. A booked a time slot for 10:30 am and been told that the car will be treated straight away. But it took 45 minutes before they started doing anything. There wasn't an option to wait in the waiting area. There ware at least 10 seats but they ware all unavailable due to COVID19. This is unacceptable. They should unable at least 2 seats for the customers. The whole process of changing 4 tyres took them 2 hrs. This lead me to stand out in the cold and rain. Definitely I'll never use this branch again. Do not recommend them.
