I read the reviews on this company before I contacted them. All the reviews are spot on. I had a great experience. Very professional. Found the fault straight away. Ordered the part. Came back and fixed my machine with no problem. Adhered to the government guidelines. Wore a mask and kept his distance. Highly recommended this company! Will use again and certainly recommend.

My oven wasn't heating up and I contacted Bristol Appliance Repairs who were very helpful. Matt came and replaced the fan in the oven and everything is working now in time for Christmas. He was efficient and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

Matt helped us fix a recurring problem where the hose keeps coming off and the dishwasher leaking everywhere. It’s a nightmare. We thought for sure we’d need a new machine at huge cost. Matt advised us that there was a solution. He initially offered advice over the phone and was happy to come and see us. We are delighted. Thank you a million! Having been let down by another engineer and our fridge/freezer being out of action for a week nearly, I contacted Bristol Appliance Repairs by email on Thurs morning, an engineer turned up promtly on Friday and reparied it within 30 mins. So happy that I've found a reliable, knowledgeable company for future appliance failure!

Our Kenwood fridge freezer was making a noise, which got progressively worse. I phoned Bristol Appliance Repairs up at 8.30 am and by 11.30 the fan motor had been replaced by a very pleasant and competent engineer. Exceptional service, cannot praise enough.
