Tried to return my car at the end of the contract agreement which is just over a week from now. I had a date confirmed for pick up, but on the day no one showed up or left a voicemail/emailed to tell me they were no longer coming or what had gone wrong. I have been emailing to no response. I’ve also been calling for several days now only to be sat on the automated line for close to 1hr. Update: ALD have since been in touch and I have had the car picked up within a few days of the return date thankfully!

Leased an A7. Loads of things wrong with it. Audi claimed nothing wrong with it. So I have paid a premium for a year or more for a substandard luxury vehicle now it has been recalled and Audi have updated the vehicle with a fix and now it's fine. Shame on ALD and Audi what a con.

Took a payment holiday due to covid. 2 months. Ald have put on my credit file that I have 11 months late with payments, resulting in myself getting declined for another car. Sort it out ald, your staff have admitted its an error on your part.

Contacted ALD to reduce my mileage as due to restrictions my mileage will be lower than anticipated Original 18000 expecting to do 3000 less so about 17% less No answer on phone no surprise there but they did reply back via email. But rather than say say yes I can reduce mileage and reduce monthly payments as a result I was told I could reduce my mileage by 3000 for the term but it would cost me more a month to do so I have a year left on my lease so plenty of notice. This is counter intuitive in my mind as ALD would get a better resale value at the end due to reduced mileage. As with most people here I will avoid ALD in future and if KIA continue to use them then I will not be leading a KIA either in future Don't try and squeeze your customers for as much as you can

Careful what you take on here. Bandits cheating every way they have! Contract run out and I called to have the car collected. That takes them a min of 5 days. Therefore the contract ended before collection date and they charge you a fortune per day for the 'overtime'. I returned my car with 5000 miles less than agreed. no refund. 'Was not in the contract' they said and 'I could have called them to reduce the mileage during the contract to reduce payments'. That is good news if it was not explained to me 3 days before they collect the car. Real bandits, stay away!
