One of my former go-to restaurants in Kansas City! Pasta and excellent customer service always warrant notoriety. During one of my visits, an error occurred with the preparation of my order. The waitress and manager corrected the mistake and offered a complimentary dessert for my troubles. I could have asked for a better response! Nevertheless, the experience always brings you back to enjoy more.

Brio!!! Love love loved it! Although parking was a hassle, my experience from the door to the table and through out my meal was fantastic. My friends and I ordered the same meal. I wanted my meal altered as I wanted to try a different sauce and they made it work! For a fancy restaurant their food was pretty filling and that is a lot coming from me! The bread that is served before your food is ready was a type of sour bread that was warm and soft.. doesn't mean everyone will like it though. My waiter was amazing!! I cannot remember her name but she really made our night. From our endless orders to keeping up with our conversations, she really killed it! Brio is definitely a place to try out!!
We always love coming here. The atmosphere, the food, the bar. Always a great time. Always safe to make a reservation especially with the more limited seating due to Covid.
I've always enjoyed dining at Brio. This time was no different. I sat by the large front window where the natural light stream is amazing. Lunch was Bisque Soup & Lasagna. My server was expedient and attentive. Social distancing was being practiced. The price is always right.
Exceptional food and stellar service! From the first bite, they had my attention. Even the dishes in the Kids Menu were served elegantly, and our picky eaters were impressed. This restaurant has become a favorite, and one I will recommend without hesitation.
