Brio is an Italian restaurant chain and this review is for their location in Southlake TX. They have very consistent food quality. Their recipes are very good. I like their menu. I’ve been here many times and had parties here for birthdays and Christmas dinners a couple of times. I would recommend Brio. It’s good. The service is good. It’s not a chef owned, local, fine dining restaurant. Their menu prices are fair. The drinks at the bar are good. I really have no complaints. If you want Italian food, try it out. The do have a great patio.

Food is delicious! They have a good wine selection and mixed drinks. It's a little pricey starting around 20 per person, maybe a little less if you share, but the food is worth it. The staff is always friendly. Outdoor seating is available.
Love Brio. Excellent food, great service, good happy hour. The spicy shrimp and eggplant appetizer is to die for. Make sure to get some bread to soak up the sauce. My only negative this time around was the Manhattan on the happy hour menu said 5 but was charged 6. Good cocktail with Makers Mark so can't complain to much. Well worth the trip.
This was our first time here. When we walked in we was seated at our table with no wait. The waitress was nice and brought us some bread and butter. The bread was delicious once you got passed how crunchy it was and the butter was so hard you could not spread it on the bread. I got the lasagna and wedge salad. The salad was the star of the whole lunch. Freaking delicious. My wife got a grilled chicken and strawberry salad. We got a strawberry mixed drink and it was a bit sour but good. If you go, get the salad l, it was delicious!! I only wish my drink didn't stay empty for so long and I feel the portion size was a bit bigger for the price but it all did taste fresh and delicious. With tip for 2 of us was about 55
The wait was extraordinarily long. 50 mins. On a Tuesday, too. But the food was amazing. The service was outstanding. Joe, our server/waiter was great!
