I’ve been a road cyclist for years but wanted to get into XC mountain biking. Brink are very local to me and I wanted to support a local business, so got in touch with them after looking at the Specialized Epic HT. Spoke with Fin via email a few times and he was more than helpful, going above and beyond what I would expect. Picked up the bike a week after ordering and absolutely love it. Set up perfectly and I’ve already ridden over 100 miles on it in a few weeks with no issues. Would highly recommend Brink.
Really helpful and nice guys, bike industry is mental at the moment so rather than a coffee and bike shop this is currently a shipping warehouse where they're getting orders out. So took the time to help me with my bike choice though. Thanks
Outstanding customer service from all the guys at Brink, they went above and beyond expectations to make sure the whole process from choosing the new stead to the long wait from Transition for its arrival as smooth as possible.
