We have been having the monthly curry box for two and the standard of the recipes and quality of food has been OUTSTANDING. I cook a lot of curries myself and it’s so nice to try some new recipes that just work. The flavours are amazing every time. Really impressed with the quality of ingredients and instructions in the boxes too - always absolutely spot on and easy to recreate.

Absolutely beautiful! We had the Pork Belly Vindaloo for two. With one or two more side dishes, there's easily enough for three people. The \Vindaloo\ isn't what you see in everyday restaurants. The spicing was quite mild but the flavours were simply stunning! The pork belly was strips so they were crispy yet moist. The accompanying sauces (which you have to make from scratch using the supplied ingredients) were like something I've never eaten before! Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Thank you Minesh & Team!

Fantastic meal on Friday (11th Sep). Delicious flavours and so much nicer than the usual delivery curry. Even though it needed heating, this was very easy and easier than timing the arrival of a heated delivery. Excellent value; would thoroughly recommend.

What a brilliant way to spend a wet afternoon in Brighton. Having had a subscription for the monthly recipe kits I decided I would book onto one of the courses. The course had the perfect number of people (5) so it meant there was the ideal balance of hands on and demonstration. Minesh made us all feel very welcome and is passionate about his food heritage, it was great to hear the stories about his Mum and the dishes she prepared. We learnt lots of useful techniques and were rewarded with a fantastic meal that we had prepared to feast on. Brilliant afternoon, there was also a bonus of a small retail area to buy spices and utensils.

I came for the cookery course and had a fantastic time. Manesh is a great teacher, taking us through the recipes and the different cooking traditions of India. He was also very helpful with ideas for substitutions for food allergies. Highly recommended.
