I had laser here and it was perfect. I had vein removal here and it was horrifying. The Doctor actively harmed my skin as a punishment for my seeking to have a promised discount honoured. Didn't believe me, went back and forth, was un-manned by my being right and proceeded to administer almost double the amount of shots to my face that he had told me was safe. I didn't mention anything at the time because I was under-confident from the altercation and also because of my personality. I was left with a very dark, large mark which lasted for weeks and a dent in my face. 10 years later, the dent has reduced to the point where it's no longer visible but the experience was rough and I would even say a bit traumatic. I feel bad for not speaking out at the time and want to protect others. It was a male Doctor. All the women are awesome in my experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!! The manager Johanna Hoit needs to learn some customer service. This clinic is not professional and I don't even think they are proper doctors or laser practitioners. They burn your body and tell you to put on cooling spray, which is basically just water. The only thing that they are fantastic in is that to take your money, but in refunding they are terrible. All I would say is that do not pay upfront and do a lot of research about this clinic.
my own google account did not work so I had to write a review with my husband's google account. This clinic is not professional, they burned my under arm, and the manager Johanna Hoit kept saying put the cooling spray on, which basically is water. I contacted the manager and asked for my refund, as I did not want to carry on with the laser treatment at their clinic and she kept saying it has to be a medical reason and that she can not do a refund. In this country if you are not happy, they do refund but for this clinic it is not possible. she kept saying no, until I said ok, I would go to the local council and ask them to write to you. you have burned part of my body and left a mark. It was then she said she would be happy to do a refund but it has to go through the head office, so I had to wait for 4 weeks to get a refund, everyone kept passing me around from the instagram chats, to the emails and calls from the manager. I would not recommend this clinic at all. I do not even think they have done their training well and I am sure they are not professional at all. do not spend your money here, as you will have to go through a hard time getting a refund. they are rude with zero customer service !!!! If I could leave a zero rating, then I would have. but google allows 1 star. awful customer service !!!
I only went to sk:n Brighton because of a merge with Harley Street medical. While I only went to Sk:n once, I found them to be very unprofessional and I am still trying to get a refund because of a cancellation that occurred during lockdown. Despite asking the manager Johanna for an email contact to escalate my complaint to she has been ignoring my messages. I have had to resort to making a charge back through my bank. Update; After leaving my review on Google I did hear back from Johanna and a colleague from the Sk:n clinic in Brighton called me and processed the refund.
I payed for a package of laser sessions I have been treated with the wrong at the beginning until I got burned. I when to sk:n they took pictures and nurse decided to treat me with the yag that is highly recommend for black and dark skin I don’t understand why they didn’t start with this one. In the between of my session I got again burn with the same nurse but not with the same laser. Before my last session it appears that I have much more hair on my chin and chicks than before i talk to the doctor. I am not sure if it was a real doctor because of what he told me. I am 29 this year and he said the hair may grow because of my growth he tried to find a lot of weird excuses. The previous manager told me that she offer me sessions to fix it. On my last appointment the nurse booked me an new appointment without letting me know that it is the not for free. When I arrive there she just asked me what I would like to do and should you change laser without advising for which one like I am supposed to know everything about her job. she could also clearly see that my face was still with a lot of hair so I told her I just want my face to be fixed so she started the session and I was surprised at the end they ask me for 110. I asked how many sessions did I get with the different laser I never got a reply. By the way I got burn again that day. I highly do not recommend that place because I came to get removed a little amount of hair and by the end under my arm there is no difference and on my face I got 5 times more hair than before
