Pruden and Smith

Completely failed to deliver the training in Photoshop we'd paid almost 600 for and refused a refund. The tutor spent 1 hour at the start of the day trying to figure out how to open Photoshop on the machines to be used, did not know how to get images off a USB that we had bought with us and persistently said Indesign would be a better thing to be learning. The day should have finished at 5. He sent everyone home at lunchtime. There were no handouts. The handling of our complaint and legitimate request for a refund has been really poorly handled.

Silicon Beach are a very helpful and friendly team. Prior to the training, I had lots of questions and they were answered within the hour every time. During the training, they were always very friendly and nice to talk to. A Very well put together and presented course on a subject that I thought was going to send me to sleep, however t was one of the very few courses that I have attended that really filled me with the need to learn. I recommend this Silicon Beach Training to anyone that is thinking about furthering their knowledge and doesn't want to be bored in the process. Very friendly trainer with so much knowledge on the subject.

Attended Change Management Training. Was offered a one-to-one session in order to meet my individual needs in terms of this training. Useful personalised course given by an engaging mentor who used a lot of real world examples of change and how it had been managed as well as using an example I am currently working on to truly highlight how different tools can be implemented. I would definitely attend a course here again. Please consider running a Lateral Leadership course.

Active Listening Skills training - Jacqui really knows her topic well and she was flexible on the content and order to suit the delegates specific requirements which made it really relevant to us. She demonstrated what she teaches well, with lots of examples and activities to bring it to life. An excellent day!
