Relaxed Pub atmosphere. Excellent food. One of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had. Fondue Fries were very good. Fried Chicken Breast Tacos were also very good. Very friendly staff. We showed up on a Thursday night and happened upon a Quiz Night. We joined in and had a great time. We felt very welcomed.

What a neat little place! tucked away in a side street, just down from St James's it has a large outside space with awnings and lovely little tables inside - not too busy in these times of Covid and plenty of beers and other drinks and cocktails to choose from. So if you're hardy and don't mind sitting outside in the wind and taking a long look down to the stormy sea this is the place for you - or go inside for a nicely atmospheric candle lit drink or two. Either way you will have a lovely time!

Loved this bar!! Found by chance off a side road and glad we did. It sums up everything about Brighton really, quirky, offbeat, slightly grubby did a mean bloody Mary for me, perfect! It was pouring when we went so sat inside which is quite dark but SO much to look at, decor is just crazy and fantastic, art and all sorts. An excellent place to visit. Only reason for one star off is the table was really quite sticky and rad not working so a little cold, no great bother for a good night though, we had a great time.
