The worst experience ever! Rude, hangs up the phone, unintelligent, frustrated and highly unprofessional staff who you never ever want to talk with, especially if you do not want to be infuriated! The only thing I can recommend about them is to avoid contacting this business!!!

Best radiologist have gone to for tennis athletes. Got us in the next day urgently for MRI and even took the time to go through the results same day. Extremely thorough, accurate and aware of patient needs and comfort. Amazing online system which uploads reports and imagery.
Got to my appointment and was told we don't do brain scans and it says it on website, I had a good look a their website it dose not say that at all! The Radiologist was very rude about it and kept saying oh no if I knew it was for the brain I wouldn't of sent Confirmation email back to you. It said on my email it was for the head and yet he still sent me a confirmation back to me. Would not Recommend this place at all.
Rude! Just called to ask if they offer a service and guy basically hung up on me and told me the information is on the website. If I find you though Google maps I am not looking at the website

Great service, very helpful staff
What an appalling experience! The radiographer David Proctor was rude beyond belief! My 6 year old son with ADHD was referred to him and he showed a complete lack of professionalism as he shouted at him and demonstrated the patience befitting of a six year old himself as he huffed and puffed as my son tried his best to follow his sharp instructions. Clearly not fit to work as a medical professional!
