Having seen an article on a tv programme about Japanese Knotweed, we became a little concerned about a fast growing plant growing from a neighbours garden. Neither the neighbour or their gardener/handyman knew what it was. Research identified Phlorum as experts and having looked at their website, watched a video and followed advice, I took photos of the plant and submitted them on them on the website. Within an hour Richard from the company emailed with the identity of the plant ( grapevine variety ) which reassured us. Wonderful, prompt service and totally free.
