I've been using this shop for parcel several times. Incredibly ruse staff every single time whether ots served by the man or a woman. If you don't like people using you for sending parcels and refusing to be helpful with scanning barcode or helping people to orientate around your store then don't partner with Hermes.

I’ve been dropping off my Hermes parcels at Marvans News for months now, and I’m glad to say that all my parcels have been safely kept, collected and delivered from this shop. If you are looking for place to drop your parcels and have peace of mind, I do recommend Marvans News!
I'm a small business owner and use this shop for Hermes collections. Grishma is always friendly, remembers my name (despite handling over 170 parcels a day) and always has time for a chat. Much better service than any other Hermes drop shops I've used, would 100% recommend.
If you are considering using this place as a Hermes ParcelShop, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. The parcels are left on the floor very close to the entrance. After depositing my parcel I felt very unsure about its safety as anyone can walk in and steal it. Luckily, my parcels got delivered safely but I felt unsure about its safety until Hermes told me it had been collected the next day. I will never send a Hermes parcel using this ParcelShop again and if you are considering it, I would suggest you pay the 70p extra or whatever it may be to arrange a courier collection from your residence, at least you'll know it will be safe.
I was in two minds about posting my Hermes parcel here after some of the reviews I read but my experience was fine. Sure, it wasn't \service with a smile\ and it's true the parcels are heaped up in a corner of the shop but I was in and out quickly and my parcel arrived safely. Can't complain really, it was efficient and did what I needed.
