Some people who work there are rude. It's a power trip maybe.

After 10 months of unemployment I reluctantly made an appointment and was lucky enough to see the amazing Paula. I walked in a broken man and she went above and beyond what I was expecting, giving me excellent advice and making me feel that she genuinely cared. I walked out with a clear plan of action, my only regret being that I hadn't seen her sooner. I don't know why some of the reviews on here are so hostile, the job centre team are a great service and people should appreciate them a bit more.

I have had both positive and negative experiences with staff here. Generally good. However, the amount of security creates a hostile environment

The interview for NI is smooth the employees are professional and if you get to sit down with a Mr Stuart Chubb know that you are in for a treat he is a delightful human, super helpful and professional (say hi from me). Overall the best interaction I have had with a government representative ever:)
