I've used the team at Hertz three times now so happy to leave a review. The guys in there are very efficient - definitely the quickest car hire experience you are likely to encounter. Happy to report there is non of the cringe worthy boiler room style insurance sales going on either, although I purchase annual excess cover . The cars are excellent. On the last two occasions I have been upgraded and driven away in a Mercedes or nearly new Volvo. Overall a pleasant experience - not something you'd ordinarily associated with car hire.
