I can’t say how impressed I was with Laurence and his assistant Dan. I’ve been thinking of getting a Charnwood log burner for ages and putting it off. I finally got around to it and the finished result is beautiful and gives off a lot of heat. Just what I need going into the winter. Laurence was very helpful, and knew the pros and cons of the entire range of products. I’m sure I made the right choice and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Awesome! Laurence and Chris are absolute professionals and we were impressed right from the start. Very knowledgeable, informative and honest (and lovely chaps too). We had a particularly long flue that needed installing with a few tweaks and Laurence and Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was just right. So glad we went with a company that specialises in Woodburners, these guys know what they're doing. Could not recommend more highly. Thanks guys!
We were really impressed with Laurence & his team - they were helpful, friendly, tidy & 'knew their stuff'. We held a 'beauty parade' with a number of local competitors & FIRESTORES were the only company who not only offered a solution, but were able to install on time & to budget. Lawrence has subsequently been really helpful with 'follow-up' advice & in the sourcing of good quality (& dry ) logs! We have subsequently referred Laurence & his team to a number of our friends. The installation of our wood-burner has been one of the best things we have done!
AAAAA - absolutely first class five star service! Laurence is very knowledgeable and works hard to deliver the best service both during and after installation. He installed a system for me that works exactly as planned - one of the common mistakes that people make is not considering the delivery, storage and additional work of managing solid fuel. Since installation Laurence has been out to solve minor issues and on one occasion when i called at 5.30pm with a jammed pump, he was with me within 45 minutes on his way home and fixed it so I had heating and hot water on a winter's night - you cant get better than that!
Absolutely no problem at all with the service we received from Lawrence, Jamie or Matt. The work was carried out to specification to a very high standard. I always found them very polite and helpful at all times and the after sales service can not be beaten. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked. Cant wait to start using our woodburner this winter. thanks Lawrence.
