I urgently needed an MOT done and was able to book online for the very next day. They were polite and professional and, although they were running a little behind schedule, they completed the MOT in a reasonable amount of time and rang me to say it was ready. They are conveniently located right next to the shops on London Road, so I could get things done while waiting.

I dealt with nick the centre manager who kept me informed while they had my vehicle. I feel as a female who knows nothing about cars I could have been ripped off but this was cheaper than other garages. What a relief , I’m driving a safe car! The individual who worked on my car was also very friendly and informative.. sorry I can’t remember his name!

Amazing experiences at Halfords Autocentre Brighton. I had booked in to have 2 x 150% headlight bulbs fixed. They didn't have them in stock but the man on the desk sorted it out - went out and bought them, had them installed and they also balanced my lights as a courtesy for no extra charge. I would definitely go there again. EXCELLENT SERVICE
