Had my bike converted mid July. Since then, I have notched up over 1,200 miles all across the downs. The conversion has been fantastic and has changed my cycling experience beyond measure. Fully charged, I can do a 40 mile off-road trip and still have near 50% charge remaining (utilising the battery sensibly). Darren's enthusiasm, expertise, workmanship, advice and customer service were superb and I recommend him to everyone that expresses their interest in electric bikes.

I bought a conversion kit form Brighton e-bikes and fitted it myself with lots of help form Darren. He was really good at pointing me in the wright direction (what bike to choose, breaks, wheels, suspension or not...). He has a lot of experience with electric bikes but even more with bikes themselves. I commute 20 miles daly on this bike and love it! More smile per mile as he says :) Highly recommended!
Top notch outfit. They know Ebikes inside out and provide a proper service to boot. And I've been converting bikes myself for over a decade so have good knowledge. Reccomend highly
I ordered a bling ring for my e bike which arrived promptly, however I had carelessly ordered the wrong size. I contacted Brighton e bikes via email to explain my stupidity and ask if I could exchange for the correct part. All correspondence via e mail was replied to in good time and exchange was completed with no drama. Thanks to all at the store for great service, I would not hesitate to recommend and use again
Darren has done an absolutely fantastic job fitting a Bafang mid drive motor to my Linear LWB recumbent. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, and total committment, has given me a wonderful responsive quiet machine. It will surely increase the distance that I can travel in the future.
