So much better than my local VW dealer in South London. Bought a new car from Caffyns Portslade and went back for servicing. Local London dealer told me they'd need the car for 2 days to look into a concern I'd reported. Caffyns resolved what turned out to be a non-issue at the same time as carrying out an oil service. It's all about building trust and loyalty based on competence and fair pricing and the folks at Caffyns understand that.

After not being very happy with the service I recieved from the Eastbourne dealership, I decided to buy my car from this dealership instead. I am very pleased with the service I recieved from Richard Childs from start to finish. Very good communication and very easy to deal with.
Brought a car from here with the help from Lance. Helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call all the way through to handing over the keys.
