Just bought a new car and the service from the team here is great. Very helpful with my many questions. Update 23/12/20: have had my car serviced regularly and a tow bar and reversing camera fitted since buying my car and generally all ok. Only thing is NEVER EVER have a courtesy car wash as your car will come back covered in swirl marks as it is clearly not rinsed properly and the dirt is rubbed into the paint work, causing the swirl marks. This was even more emphasised by a loan car I had, which was covered in swirl marks. The company washing these EXPENSIVE cars simply need to be sacked and never allowed to wash anyone's cars!!!!

I had my Audi A5 Sportback go in for a replacement of the recalled starter-alternator. I have to say, the service I received was top notch. I was offered pick up and drop off of my vehicle from my home address and the car was returned in pristine condition with a full wash and valet. Excellent work Caffyns/Brighton Audi!

Be careful with what they tell you. I was told my car needed a new turbocharger and it was gonna cost me 2,600. Took it to a turbo specialist in eastbourne... they told me there was nothing wrong with my turbo and it just needed a clean. 220 later... i have a full working car again. Never trust a main dealer again

New car A6 was delivered by Brighton Audi to our Company Director, sadly the car was damaged on the underside when it was delivered. The driver mentioned nothing of the sort and, one doesn't typically expect to look for damage under the car when inspecting the vehicle after receiving it. Passed our complaint to the broker that sourced the car from Brighton Audi that they wont pay anything towards the repair costs. Do you guys seriously expect anyone to put the car on a ramp upon and look for damage. Very disappointing.
