They manage the necessary action unless we request otherwise. All necessary repair and renewal work is advised, along with the choice of using their contacts or ours. The monthly statements clearly indicate the relevant property and any deductions such as commission or repairs. All Brighton Homes staff are helpful and always courteous, providing a fully professional service.

I can't rate Brighton Homes highly enough for their responsiveness, quality of service and also for taking the initiative on things such as proactive/preventative maintenance, legal aspects etc. I'd not used a managing agent before as I used to self-manage which was time-consuming and occasionally stressful.
