I have been a long term tenant with Brighton Homes. Have rented 3 properties now. I have always found them to be honest, fair and very efficient. Properties are maintained very well. Any issues reported any time of the day is dealt with promptly. Tenants are advised , guided and helped. Really a good agent.

I can't rate Brighton Homes highly enough for their responsiveness, quality of service and also for taking the initiative on things such as proactive/preventative maintenance, legal aspects etc. I'd not used a managing agent before as I used to self-manage which was time-consuming and occasionally stressful. I highly recommend them and I wouldn't consider using any other agency.
