Went in looking for a grub screw for the saddle of my Mustang as I was struggling to find it online, for some reason it was a particularly tricky part to source. I took the guitar in and the member of staff working there was really helpful, he measured it up for me and gave me some advise on where to find it online. It's such a minor thing but I really appreciated the help.

Great guitar shop with friendly and helpful staff, I bought my first guitar there 8 years ago and been playing it almost every day since. The quality and the sound of this second hand purchase is What kept me going and not giving up like I did 3-4 times in the past. Best money I have ever spent. I won't forget also walking to the shop two years after I bought my guitar looking for a Capo and was given one with a smile on the house! Having said that please don't go and ask for a free Capo!
Nice guys who actually work in a real shop that you can visit. Much better than a website. Good old fashioned service and knowledgeable staff to help. Not as cheap as ordering direct from China though.
Excellent experience here about a year ago. Popped in on my way to buy a Taylor at another store, not even knowing this place existed. The guy was super helpful and I found a furch that was destined to be mine. Awesome shop
BEWARE of this shop, especially any online shopping!!! The owner Andrew Lord is a thief, liar and a cheat. I had ordered a piano which I have never received. AL, the owner was ignoring my e-mails and phone calls. Don't buy anything from this store, you will not see your money or item ordered!!! I lost 800 pounds, a lot of energy and my intention to start playing piano. If you want to save yourself a trouble, AVOID AT ALL COST! I can refresh this old story. Once upon the time. few years ago, I lived in Dublin. I bought Korg Triton Extreme from Brighton Guitars across ebay...do you remember? I don't expect you to tell the truth.
