I first contacted Alex when looking to buy an engagement ring. Not knowing very much about the subject I found Alex to be really helpful and informative regarding every aspect of the purchase. He talked me through what to look for when purchasing first a diamond and then the pros and cons of different settings. I felt very confident I got both a beautiful ring for my fiance and great value for money. All went well with the proposal and Alex adjusted the ring size free of charge and we have since been back and ordered our wedding rings which again we are both delighted with. Overall we found Alex very friendly, helpful and above all knowledgeable and we are very happy with the rings and service we received.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Alex-- he is a highly-skilled and knowledgeable jeweler, and a responsive, personable professional. My husband and I hadn't decided on the style of wedding bands we wanted, and Alex took the time to explain all our options, taking into account our budget constraints. He did a beautiful engraving on both our bands-- which fit perfectly-- and adjusted the setting of my engagement ring (from a different jeweler) so it stacked neatly with my band. 5/5 stars, would absolutely recommend.
I got in touch with Bespoke Diamonds as my fiancee and I wanted wedding rings that were a bit deeper than your average high street rings. A few days later Alex sent us some sample rings (in the post as this was in the middle of Coronavirus times) so that we could see the different shapes and styles that could be made. We agreed on what we wanted and a month later our beautiful custom rings turned up. My ring was a bit big for me so I sent it back and it was resized at no additional cost. Throughout the whole process, Alex answered our numerous questions. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend.

After speaking with some of the sleazy diamond sellers in The Lanes it was a relief to discover Alex, who is very genuine and knows what he's talking about. I knew quite specifically what diamond characteristics I wanted based on research I had done, and Alex was able to very quickly source a diamond that met (and exceeded) these requirements. We also wanted to be certain the design was what we wanted (hard to do from a photo) , and so Alex arranged for us to see the wax model of the ring and diamond before it was cast in platinum to make sure we were 100% happy with it - which we were! My fiancée now has the perfect ring that she loves!
