On a personal level I liked Ben and his helper Ho, they were friendly and nice people. I did find they were very elaxed\ with regards to getting things done and we were paying on an hourly basis. There were also a few bumps and scrapes that could have been avoided with a bit more care and attention, and things could have been kept clean by using blankets on the tail ramp for example, instead of resting fabric furniture directly on it which meant it needed to be cleaned afterwards.

I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Dave handled the booking and detail really carefully. On removal day, Ben was efficient, careful and really polite. They moved my son's house contents into a secure storage unit without my presence. A great service. I will certainly use them again.
