Reply to owner: The email you gave me does not exist. As such, I am unable to contact you. Apologies. Quality of teaching is not that bad, but problems lie in the staff. Everything else is really bad because of the staff, mostly those in residence and canteen staff. This school is expensive mostly because of the residence and food cost, but the room you get is very small and dirty, heater doesn't work, and supervisors can freely barge into your room without permission (supervisor went into my room when I was sleeping, woke me up and told me to move some stuff away from the door. Same supervisor who tried to kick me out of a public area so that a group of other students can use it). Some students here are also very rude (there were 2 students who tried to use a washing machine, so I told them it was broken and they shouted at me for ot telling them earlier.\). You also get very limited food \because you need to share with the others\ despite paying 6 for every meal (they won't even give you half a plate most of the time and the food is the worst). They then proceed to loudly complain about you to your friends, which is embarassing. The staff also clearly shows favourites to people who are the same race as them or are more open to talking to them. Overall, very bad experience, if you want to come to this school, go to homestay. It is much cheaper and everything is better there. Staying in their dorms is just their way of stealing more money from you and gaining profit. Writing this here because I know complaining would not help AT ALL as they will just ignore it so am writing to warn all new students to either not come here or come here but don't stay in residence.

I don’t suggest anyone to study here! You are going to loose money, time and more important confidence in self. This is the worst college ever !

Extremely disappointed with their administrative staff. I studied at the college for several months and the teachers were great for the most part (the actual subject teachers were), but there was very little actual student support when it came to helping us apply to universities, which is supposed to be the entire point of this college. My foundation which was social science-targeted was handled by a business teacher, who in case it wasn't obvious, sees personal statements in a VERY different light from the social sciences. I had to write my own teacher's reference and even my classmates'. So should I, the student, be getting paid or the teacher? Additionally I had stopped due to health reasons and was assured that I would be welcome to return once I got better. Lo and behold, I waited FIVE MONTHS for a response from the admin staff, was rejected due to \complex health reasons\ and told that I would be \unlikely to succeed\ as a result, without ever requesting for a letter from a doctor who was actually UPDATED on my health. I lodged a formal complaint and never received a single apology, instead blaming everything on application procedure. I can't think of anything more discriminatory and reasoned in such poor taste. At least make better excuses in the future; you can bet I'm never returning and would rather look for success elsewhere.

DO NOT live in the residence, or u may experience no hot water during winter for days and no wifi. The staffs are quite unprofessional. I once asked for a room change. They first promised that there is one room available on third floor and I could move on Monday, however when I finished spending a whole day packing up and ready to move, they told me they made a mistake and there was no room available at all??? I did not hear a single word of apologies. It is also very funny how residents need to pay for the room during holidays while prepaid meal are covered.
