I recently purchased a vintage v100 grey guitar from badlands, which had been damaged in transit. I emailed them with theses photo's whereupon they emailed back with several options, I could have a new one sent to me when available or return this one, for a full refund, or I could keep this one and they would give me a partial refund of 75. I chose the partial refund as I really like the guitar.. The point being they were extremely apologetic and friendly, and kept me informed. would I buy from them again? absolutely, should you buy from them? Well if you like a great bargain, and being treated respectfully through good honest trading er YEAH !

Had a set up done buy them and couldn't be happier. My bass now sounds amazing and they replaced missing screws from a plate. Will definitely use again!! Lots of love
