We are so glad we found this amazing company. They have literally saved our house. They had to dig up all around the house to stop the leaking and install a sump pump and weepers. It is spring now. Our basement is perfect. Our insurance man even calls us to make sure everything is in order because he has been down and helped us when needed. This company is a godsend. Steve and all the guys were amazing. they were polite and very efficient. Any concerns or questions we had were answered. We had originally called 4 different places. They either never showed up or couldn't give us answers. Aquafix came down , looked at the situation and dug test hole in one corner of the house and gave us a solution to the problem. We proceeded to get it fixed. When the job was done we got photographs of the work done and our guarantee. We waited 8 months before giving a recomendation just to make sure all was well. And it is. We even gave the name of this company to our insurance agent with a very high recommandation. Believe me he knows what we went through. Choosing Aquafix became a no-brainer when we compared them to some other local waterproofing businesses. Matt (owner) showed up promptly for our consultation wearing a face mask for COVID protocols and he not only walked me through everything we needed, but he educated me on how water gets into a home and different ways it can affect the house. He brought all the materials he needed to quote us and showed us a sample of the dimpled material they put on the walls. He showed us pictures from previous jobs and when he prepared the quote, it was detailed to the T and he even listed a page of references we could contact. When it came time for the job, the crew all wore masks in the house, and used the basement entrance as much as possible to keep the mess downstairs. They were quick yet thorough, they respected us as homeowners and they cleaned up after the job and put our plumbing back. So far, I am thoroughly satisfied with this company. Highly recommend. They also give a lifetime written warranty on their work.
Aqua fix recently sealed the outside of my place. While completing this job they cut my internet lines as they did not mark these lines because \it is cheaper to just have them fixed after.\ It has been almost a week and I am still without internet. They also left the place a complete mess with piles of mud and dirt on my walkway and on my stairs.
