The team of cleaners are friendly and deliver a very thorough service! Bright & Beautiful are great value for money and I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Very bad service. These cleaners broke my mirror's frame, scratched my wall and damaged my wife's shirt and trousers ironing them and refused to pay for any of the damages. I was their customer for three months, until yesterday, and they only did a good job one day. They miss the details, leave spider webs in the corners, food splits on the side of the microwave... Regarding the damages, I let Carly-Ann Cole, #brightandbeaitiful franchise owner, know about the accident ironing my wife's clothes and she apologised very bluntly and didn't offer to cover the costs. We decided to give them another chance but when they broke the mirror and scratched the wall, we were very disappointed with her inflexible reply refusing to cover the costs even after we insisted. She sold the service as if it was the best in class but that is not what we found. She also asked for a recommendation to write on their website in a very early stage but we didn't do it because we didn't have enough experience with them and they were not doing such a good job. Now I am glad that we didn't write that recommendation and understand that their pressure to get these testimonials from customers in such a short term may be related to customer dissatisfaction in medium and long terms that will not get them good feedbacks to publish. We are now looking for another cleaner so any recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Elena, Kat and Heidi of B & B Redhill did a super job! I’m very pleased particularly with the bathrooms, which needed a good clean. A very happy customer! I’ll keep their details for the future and should anybody ask me for a recommendation.
Do not use this company!! We had problems with them from the start. We used them from November to March. They missed cleans. They under performed on cleans by missing rooms, missing bins not once, not twice but 3 times, leaving the house dirty so they had to come back to reclean. Over and over we had issues. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MONEY AND NOT RECIEVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! NO MATTER THE TIME OF DAY YOU GET AN OUT OF OFFICE REPLY! They required a standing order to be setup as part of the contract. We agreed on a fortnightly schedule and were quoted for that. What they failed to mention is that they expect payment on schedule even if they don't provide a service. During the December holidays they skipped a clean all together understandable due to being a holiday season and told us it would be \banked\ to use at a later date. We then had another clean cancelled. What they fail to mension when you join them is that you cannot use the \banked\ cleans unless you want a \deep clean\ should you not want that, they just take you money and give you no service. Upon emailing them to explain how to use my banked cleans they ignored us completely. Please see the pictures we even got given extra banked hours as well. We never recieved these banked hours either. From start to finish the structure of how Abby runs this franchise is terrible. Avoid at all costs!!
