From Paul Briggs 1st visit to the completion date 7 months later, my daughter and I received first class service. Lucy over many months communicated updates on a regular basis, even through Covid lockdown and went out of her way to smooth the sales process, reducing our stress immeasurably. Thank you!!

Very good service, very polite and friendly staff.
Very good estate agent. Would recommend.
Quite simply the best estate agent I have ever used. Without Paul’s interventions with various solicitors and parties across the chain, the move would not have happened. There is a reason Briggs is the most successful agent in the area, with boards up everywhere; it’s because they make things happen. A fantastic team and one that I cannot rate highly enough.
These are the best agents we have used to purchase a property. Lucy was our agent and was absolutely amazing. Throughout the process, we had regular catch-ups (even when she was on annual leave) and she continually chased up both sets of solicitors. From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, dedication and helpfulness. We would highly recommend using Briggs and Lucy and cannot thank them enough!
