Very helpful staff on the gift side of the shop. Did exactly what I wanted for a photo frame for christmas. The cafe is wonderful. The cream teas are lovely. Great restful atmosphere a definite visit

Had the luxury afternoon tea. Plenty to eat and very nicely served. Had to bring some of the cake home as I was full! Scones were enormous and incredibly light and airy!

Received a take away afternoon tea as a birthday treat. What a lovely surprise. So much cake, loved everything. With restrictions to where we can go how nice to still receive such service and not have to leave the house. Thankyou

Very quirky and interesting place to stop for some refreshments while out shopping, but I'll be honest, I love this place so much we make trips from the other side of birmingham especially to visit. I love the whole experience within the shop, and have become a bit of a regular. There are vegan cake options too, and usually these are very good.

Stumbled upon this lovely shop with a great cafe, much bigger than it looks! 'ordinary' breakfast is rather large, with a 'larger' breakfast which is huge. Breakfasts come with drinks, sandwiches available too. Multiple bread options and egg options. They do have a dinner menu but we were too early for that, starts from 11.30. Will definitely be returning. (I forgot to take a picture of my breakfast, but it was very tasty. - sausage, bacon, egg, toast, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes). Staff very polite, friendly and helpful
