The sales assistant was probablly hands down one of the most unhelpful people i have come across. Refusing over the counter medicine i needed, i went to another pharmacy who prescribed instantly and didnt have a clue why Murrays refused. She asks unnecessary questions, very condescending and seems to take a real pleasure in refusing over the counter medicines when people are in need. I will also add this was the till clerk not the actual pharmacist so i assume she doesnt have a degree in medicine or license to dispense therefore should not be making decisions. I will be reporting to the general medicine board to investigate further.
