Placed order 31 Jan for an item in stock. Chased delivery a week ago and was told I could definitely expect it Thursday 11 Feb or Sat 13 Feb at the latest. Nothing Thursday and now I am told they don't work Saturday's. So I was essentially lied to. Told try and phone back on Monday. I am surprised at the other reviews that say fast delivery. I wonder if they live within walking distance of the depot? I know Covid is proving difficult for companies but it seems to be the new go to reason for poor service theses days. UPDATE. Spoke to Elliott on Monday and he explained the gun was out of stock but at the time of ordering the gun was showing as in stock so there was an error on your web site. My account showed processing and then later awaiting delivery. A gentleman in the shoo denied saying no deliveries on Saturday, just delivery office closed. However, that is not accurate. Three phone calls to get to this. Other two times I was assured I would have it before now but staff should take the name, order number etc to check and to save angry customers. Anyway I have agreed to wait a further two weeks for delivery. Cannot say I am happy but what can I do other than accept it. Telephone number added to my account

Had an issue with a pistol I bought recently from them, couldn't do enough for me, tested it replaced it straight away, this is how a shop should be. Would be happy to recommend and buy from them again with the knowledge that if there is a problem it will be sorted straight away

Ordered a gun for home delivery. Slightly longer than the 10 days stated on website. But we have got COVID going on and we also had terrible weather. My toy was however delivered on the day they advised me it would be. Both items I purchased were at the bottom end of “competative” for price. O/A I can’t fault the experience. Would I buy again? Absolutely! Let’s face it. There is very little we are allowed to do at the moment. Big Boy toys seem the way forward to me!
Bought a scope that was very competitively priced, 20 less than anywhere else I could once the free delivery was taken into account. It arrived in a reasonable time and was well packaged. Communication was decent throughout. I happily recommend the service and price point. Top job and please keep up the good work.
