Despite having a load of issues with the customer service telephone line. The staff at the merry hill store were excellent. I came after work so later in the evening. I parked and had a friendly attendant come to the car and assess my needs. As I had a faulty item and I wanted to exchange/purchase another item I was directed to the customer service window. Within 10 minutes my issue had been dealt with and I was heading back to my car with my problem sorted. The attendant even checked on me before I left to ensure my issue had been sorted. Next time I'll just go to the store as within the hour or more I had spent on the phone I could have travelled down and got everything sorted! Thanks again and I would highly recommend the staff at the merry hill store.

Used this store for many years, always been good, but thought today the customer service was outstanding and had to give a review. Returning a faulty TV was effortless thanks to Olivia's friendly and professional attitude. She went the extra mile both with that and, along with her colleague Kamahli, was outstanding in solving another major problem. Those that save a few bob shopping on-line, remember that face to face customer service like this can never be replicated using ebay or Amazon. Top marks to both of you and Happy Christmas.

Great range of goods. Customer service isn't the best. We kept being passed to other people...took us 30 minutes to get a tv after we chose the one we wanted...price point was good though
