I have been going here for over 5 years. Both Kim & Ken are fantastic nail technicians. I've never had any problems. Have family members who come here too. Would definitely recommend this place !

I'd give 0 if I could. Firstly the man filed so hard and carelessly he cut my finger. Then when I actually came out of there could see the true extent of how shocking they were, far too much acrylic. Thought I'd let it slide for 25 (literally as cheap as they actually are). Around 2/3 days after having them done one nail started to rise so had to put some nail glue under there to attempt to secure it. Day 8, opened my car door and 2 come pinging off with ease, no pain at all so clearly not exactly stuck on. Went on to pick the rest off which came off whole. Not a piece of acrylic left behind. Absolutely shocking, don't bother wasting your time or money!!!!

Requested gel manicure, told that was fine. A man came out and began to file my nails down (he actually decided most of my nails - which have not seen a nail file since my ten month old son was born- did not require tidying up and proceeded to put the base coat on immediately) I stopped him and asked if my nails would be filed down/cuticles tidied up at the very least- he looked perplexed and the lady next to me having infills applied told me ‘they don’t do that here’. Am I going mad or did I just ask for a simple gel manicure?! Apparently they don’t do manicures at this nail salon........ so I begrudgingly let the man finish the job, he applied a base coat to my very shoddy nails, two messy main coats and a top coat. They look awful. I should have just walked out when I realised they run a nail salon but don’t know what a manicure involves.....I paid 20 and I was there no more than 15 minutes. Do not be a mug like me and give these people your money!
