Of all the auction houses that I have dealt with, from Derby to Penzance, London to Gloucester and many in between, this is the most unprofessional by a country mile. R's and elbow spring to mind. Easier to get blood out of a stone than to get a debt paid. Completely untrustworthy. Seems to believe the old adage that the customer comes last. Sellers be very careful. Always set a reserve and get it acknowledged in writing. Even then it could be ignored. My advice is to steer well clear.

Bid online for a piece of furniture, paid a courier to collect and when I received the item - it was NOT what it was catalogued as. Customer service AWFUL. Waited over 2 weeks for a response to the MISREPRESENTATION of this item. Mr Busby takes no ownership for the mistakes made by his staff and proceeds to deal with complaints in an unprofessional manner. I would NEVER buy from or recommend this auction again. My only piece of advice if bidding online is ask for extra photos and reports because the catalogue listings are as deceptive as the staff
Friendly staff coved 19 covered all tables cleaned after every use and the food is lovely well worth a visit
Bought on line went to collect no problems keeping to covid
I used a rentable storage area to keep furniture in back in November 2019. I'm unsure as to whether this is part of the auction house, or if it is run by another company, but it did its job rather well and didn't cause me or my family any trouble at all.
