Car parking a little tight outside, and traffic rather stacked up thanks to nearby McDonalds. Otherwise this is a pretty good outlet. Great variety of goods and very helpful staff. COVID-19 controls in place so a little waiting outside, but better safe than sorry.

Ordered a freezer, emergency as old one was broken, paid extra for next day delivery, slot was 11 till 3. Removed a couple of doors, cleared a path and roped in a couple of people to help. Got a message at 5 past 3 to say that they couldn't deliver that day and they don't know when. Tried to get on website to speak too a HUMAN not a vr assistant, no joy. To sum up no freezer, no delay very date and no human to discuss situation with. Wel you can poke it, I've now gone too AO and got it cheaper
