Just had 7 nights at Beacon house and would highly recommend. Close to lots of lovely places to visit by either walking or car. Lovely little village with a co-op selling all the essentials. Site is well maintained, very clean and tidy even saw the owner doing a spot of gardening along the borders, keeping it looking lovely. The electricity is paid by the unit and for the whole week we used 92 units paying 27.60 which i didnt think was too bad considering we had the heating on all week due to it being chilly. The toilet and shower was spotless each time we needed to use it. Having an extra one would be a bonus but wouldn't put me off going to this site again. Owners were fab pretty much left us to ourselves and when it was time to pay was very polite. Definitely a place we would go to again if we ever was up that way again. Thank you for a lovely well kept site.

Lovely site very quiet and well managed could do with a separate WC to shower but that is the only downfall had a lovely weekend thanks Beacon house

Lovely little adult only campsite. Clean and well run. Extra toilet would be a bonus. Will definitely return here next year.

Well organized and nicely situated little Certified Site. Warm shower and hard standings for all pitches. Only (slight) criticism is in wet weather the hardstandings are slightly too close to the grass leading to dirt in the van. A line of flags would resolve this perfectly. location is great for all local facilities which are a very short drive or a totally feasible walk away.
