Having just moved to Bridlington after selling my property in The Midlands, I needed someone to attend to retuning of two tv’s, checking leads/connections and connecting a sound bar & speakers (the later items hadn’t worked for ages at my previous property) It’s quite daunting when you relocate to a new area and you don’t know anyone or anything about local businesses so there’s always a chance that you could be overcharged or have shoddy workmanship carried out. This fortunately for me wasn’t the case as I asked A1 Aerials to attend. Chris arrived on time, removed his shoes at my door, was polite, efficient, effective and informative and resolved all my problems/issues. I would have no hesitation contacting A1 Aerials to return to my property if I need to in the future and would definitely recommend them to others. A first class service at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic Service from a local company. After a poor experience with another company, contacting A1 was exactly what we needed. From the lady in the office to Chris who came to do the work, nothing was too much, friendly and well priced. Would recommend for anyone looking for Aerial services.
A1 Aerials Bridlington was phoned as we had lost the reception on all are TV – they informed me that they were busy and gave me a date the following week when they could come out and look at our system A member of their team came out They put their meter on to the aerial, booster box and TV and could not find the fault They then went up onto the roof He then left saying “you need a new buster box – if I can get one I will be back and replace your old one – if I cannot get one I will phone you” 24 hours later I had not heard from him – so I phoned the office - I was told “give me 10 minutes and I will speak with the engineer and get back to you” 2 hours later I was informed that “you needed a complete new system as yours is outdated, we will have to do you a quote for this” I asked “why did he not tell me this yesterday” to be informed “He did” When asked when I would get the quote they had told me that it would be the following week. Aerial & security service was phoned they came out within 24 hours, they have now been out and told me that the booster box had been over powered they have now replaced the booster box and areal and everything is OK
The bracket holding my aerial to my chimney had been weakened due to high winds. I rang A1 Aerials and they fitted a new bracket quickly and at a great price. Highly recommended!
